How to Veganize Your Favorite Appetizers
Everyone loves a good appetizer. But what happens when the appetizers you grew up on or once loved indulging on are not vegan-friendly? At first this may seem defeating, or even devastating; however, this is where creativity comes into play. No one should have to miss out on appetizers they love munching on after all. The good news is, all it takes is remaking it your own way. Frankly, in each and every case, I’ve personally found the remake to be far better than the original, and in some cases, even put it to shame.
Here are three appetizers that are perfect for your next festive gathering. Each of the following can be made vegan as simply as 1,2,3 steps (or less) and ready to serve to a room full of friends or family, or keep all to yourself if you so desire.
Sweet & Spicy Cream Cheese
1 container of Tofutti (or other non-dairy) Cream Cheese 2 – 3 Tbsp. of Jam (Raspberry recommended)
1/2 – 1 Tsp. prepared Horseradish
